Parlier, CA - Goodnight Small Batch Premium Bourbon is made from a marriage of hand-selected, six year old barrels. It has a markedly gentle, yet bountiful, aroma of vanilla and caramel, with trails of honey and spice on the palate and smoky tobacco on the finish.
E.H. Taylor Single Barrel
Frankfort, KY - E.H. Taylor, Jr. Single Barrel is aged exclusively in Warehouse C, which was built by Taylor in 1881 and proven to be an excellent aging warehouse. Each barrel is hand-picked and Bottled in Bond at 100 proof to honor its namesake. The aroma carries lightly toasted oak, with dried figs and butterscotch. One sip brings flavors of sweetness balanced with tobacco and dark spices. The finish is just long enough to prepare the palette for another sip.

This spirit, distilled through timeless liquor-making techniques, utilizes a three-grain recipe that infuses generations of Southern tradition with the spiciness of northern rye and a touch of malt for smoothness. FEW is hand-crafted through a small-batch process in charred oak barrels to age its bourbon whiskey.
Four Roses Private Selection
Lawrenceburg, KY - From time to time, a limited number of exceptionally smooth and complex barrels from any or all of our 10 Bourbon recipes present themselves to our Master Distiller. Each barrel is aged between 9 and 11 years. Park Bar was invited to a private tasting and selected our favorite barrel. Once chosen, our selection was bottled and private labeled as a non-chill filtered Single Barrel at Barrel Strength in limited quantities of approximately 150 – 200 bottles.

Jefferson's Presidential Select 16yr
Louisville, KY - Jefferson's Presidential Select 16 Year Old underwent a unique aging process. The bourbon, which started as a straight Kentucky Bourbon whiskey, was first fully matured for 11 years in new American Oak casks. From there, the bourbon was aged for an additional five years in fresh casks. The resulting product retains the bright notes found in a classic bourbon, but adds a depth of flavor and complexity that can be gained only through long years of extra aging in new barrels.
Clermont, KY - The 'house' style of Jim Beam is characterized by a significant proportion of rye in the mash bill. There are vanilla and delicate floral notes on the nose of this four-year-old Bourbon. Most bourbon is blended together from multiple barrels to create a consistent taste. However, each barrel of Single Barrel Reserve is bottled individually to become one-of-a-kind. Each batch we handpick will have slight variations in taste, color and aroma based on its final age, rack placement and other proprietary methods.
Bardstown, KY - Larceny Bourbon continues the Old Fitzgerald tradition of using wheat in place of rye as the third or “small” grain in the whiskey’s grain recipe, or mashbill as it is commonly known. The use of winter wheat replaces the spicier, fruitier flavor notes that rye provides with a softer, rounder character that is the hallmark of Old Fitzgerald and other “wheated” Bourbons such as Maker’s Mark and the Van Winkle line.
Loretto, KY - Founded on red winter wheat (instead of traditional rye), malted barley and yellow corn, this small-batch bourbon whiskey has a full, yet mellow taste. Double-distilled to remove impurities, fermented in cypress tanks and aged to taste in charred white oak barrels.

The palate mimics the nose with walnuts, prunes, spices, intertwined with lavender and balanced with the perfect amount of acid, that leads you down a path of lingering burnt caramel.
Rip Van Winkle 10yr
Frankfurt, KY - This wonderful bourbon is bottled as close to barrel proof as possible. We add just a splash of our Kentucky limestone well-water when we empty the barrels for bottling. Thus, this whiskey is as smooth as any you will find. The more water you add to whiskey from its natural barrel proof to its bottle proof, the harsher it becomes. This 107 barrel proof seems to be just right.
Van Winkle Special Reserve 12 year
Frankfort, KY - Proof Van Winkle Special Reserve is the perfect combination of age and proof. This sweet, full bodied whiskey has been described by some as “Nectar”. We agree! The 12 years of aging and medium proof of 90.4 seem to be just right in creating a very pleasant drink of whiskey. This fine bourbon can compete with any excellent cognac as an after dinner drink. Louisville, KY - The barrel builds a strong foundation of vanilla and wood. Atop that, we bet on an unorthodox, four-grain mash promising spice and honey and a fresh apple breeze. When we first poked the thief into the darkness of the barrel, our faith was rewarded: a whiskey of remarkable maturity and self-possession, with spice on the front and custard in the finish.
Indiana - This bourbon was carefully crafted to highlight the classic flavors of the highest quality bourbons – a true reflection of “America's Native Spirit”. The high amount of corn gives this bourbon a classic sweet taste with notes of vanilla and caramel from the wood, and the rye adds some light spice flavor.
Indiana - Redemption's High Rye Bourbon recipe approaches the upper limit of allowable rye grain in a bourbon mashbill. The result is a classically sweet backbone of bourbon with strong notes of rye spice to add to the vanilla and caramel flavors of the whiskey.
